When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, phone number, email address, project postcode and any details you provide. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and arrange a survey or quote.

We process your enquiry data on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, after which it is securely deleted.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers (such as our email provider) where necessary to operate, and where required by law.
